MDCOB Undergraduate Advising Virtual Lobby

Drop-in advising is normally available on Wednesdays and will be available the dates listed below from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 
PLEASE NOTE: Hours are subject to change without notice.

• January 5 through January 23, 2026 (weekdays only).

Following Exceptions:

UHD is closed on January 19, 2026.

Follow these steps to access the zoom meeting:

1. Sign into Zoom using your UHD network ID and password. NOTE: if you have any issues logging into Zoom, you must contact UHD IT:  713-221-8031

3. Enter the Passcode: 664082
4. An MDCOB staff member will be with you shortly and is seeing students in order of arrival. WAIT TIME MAY BE LONGER DURING PEAK TIMES.
5. Please ensure that you are not driving and have your camera turned on. Advising reserves the right to schedule an appointment for you for another day if you are driving and/or do not have your camera on.
6. Once admitted to the lobby, please be patient and have your UHD ID number ready.
