The "New" Meet the Industry event is coming! |
What is Meet the Industry? It is an opportunity for MDCOB students to discover career opportunities in a wide variety of industries. Industry professionals and executives will be on campus for a limited time to share their experiences and advice on how students can prepare themselves for a career in a certain industry. We have an amazing and exciting list of speakers from Fortune 500 companies, local government, institutions and startups. Some of the industry sessions that will be covered include: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Retail, Insurance & Risk Management and Business Development & Sales Management.
What‘s NEW? Different from the panel speakers setting of the past, this year, industry experts will be located in round table settings so students get an up-close opportunity to exchange ideas, understand current trends and ask questions of industry experts. Many of our student organizations will be organizing and facilitating some of the sessions, so don’t miss it!
Space is limited, so add to your calendar this opportunity to network with industry professionals and your fellow student colleagues at the all NEW-Meet the Industry.
