Welcome to UHD! This guide highlights essential Information Technology resources and services to support your academic success.
✅ Network Account
Once admitted, you receive a network account that provides access to:
- myUHD 2.0 (http://myuhd.uhd.edu)
- UHD Email
- Campus Computer Labs
Use the same login credentials for all services.
✅ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For added security, UHD uses Duo 2FA, requiring your password plus a second factor (phone or tablet).

✅ Password Management
- Passwords must be reset every 180 days.
- Set up security questions for 24/7 self-service resets at https://myidentity.uhd.edu.
- Forgot your password? Visit https://uhd.edu/password .
✅ Microsoft 365

✅ Print Quota
- $25 print credit per term (Fall, Winter, Spring, May, Summer)
- Costs: $0.05 per B/W page, $0.07 double-sided, $1 color
- Add funds at Cashier’s Office (S310) or deposit station (S800)
Unused purchased quota rolls over; free quota resets each semester.
✅ Wireless Network
Secure, campus-wide Wi-Fi for laptops and mobile devices. Details on UHD’s website, Wireless.
✅ Emergency Notifications
Sign up for alerts via email or text in myUHD 2.0 under My Profile > Emergency Alerts. (http://myuhd.uhd.edu)
✅ Laptop Checkout
Registered students can borrow laptops. Details at:

✅ Free & Discounted Software
