Online Payment Portal Instructions

To register and pay the deposit for the Study Abroad Trip:

1. Click Study Abroad Portal Login button (located on the study abroad website).
2. Click Select Payment menu option (located on the left side).
3. Click REGISTER button for the selected trip
4. Click Register/Sign In Now button located on the bottom of the page
5. Click Create Account to create a profile for your account.
6. After creating the profile, add the selected trip to the shopping cart
7. Make sure to enter the specific amount you want to pay (Ex: $500 minimum deposit) and complete the transaction by paying with credit card.
8. After completing the transaction, logout of the system (logout button located on the top right side)

To pay subsequent installments for the Study Abroad Trip:

1. Click Study Abroad Portal Login button (located on the study abroad website).
2. Click Select Payment menu option (located on the left side).
3. Click REGISTER button for the selected trip
4. Click Sign In button located on the top right side of the page
5. Login with username and password that you set when you created the profile
6. Click My Account menu option (located on the left side).
7. Click View/Pay Invoices menu option to pay the balance amount due.

After completing the transaction, logout of the system.
