This conference brings together student leaders, organization members, and aspiring leaders from across campus for a day dedicated to growth, collaboration, and inspiration.

Dr. Lori Ramirez is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. Dr. Ramirez's teaching and research interests focus on leadership, social justice, entrepreneurship, and gamification She uses her extensive experience in management and as a business owner to guide students in how to effectively apply learning material to real-world practice.
