Leadership development is an important component of Student Life here at the University of Houston-Downtown. The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement is very involved with creating programs that will enhance the co-curricular aspects of the student experience. Student Organizations Leadership Development (SOLD) Conference

The SOLD Conference is a two day comprehensive experience created for student leaders of registered student organizations.

Gator Leadership Academy (GLA) is a four day premier foundational leadership opportunity for current and aspiring student leaders wishing to enhance their leadership skill-set.
