Campus Solutions and Slate Security
To provide a more user-friendly and efficient experience when submitting security access requests for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) and Slate, we have transitioned from the previous Microsoft form to a new electronic workflow (eForm) in Campus Solutions.
The new process ensures faster completion, review, submission, and archiving of UHD Campus Solutions and Slate security access requests.
What changed?
- Campus Solutions/Slate security access requests can now be initiated, submitted and tracked electronically within Campus Solutions
- All active employees will be able to initiate an access request.
- Access can be requested on behalf of any active employee of person of interest (POI)
such as temporary staff through staffing agencies, state auditors, and consultants.
How to initiate a UHD CS/Slate Security Request - Approvers will receive email notifications when a request is submitted.
- Managers/Supervisors can either approve or deny an access request.
- Module Approvers can modify (add security), deny (all) and approve security roles.

How to evaluate a UHD CS/Slate Security Request Module Leads - An automated email notification will be sent when request has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: An automated process removes Campus Solutions access when a user/employee transfers to a new Administrative Office, Academic Group, Department or is terminated from a position, this includes student workers changing from work-study to non-work-study. Faculty, Student and P.A.S.S. access will remain active and available.
