View Status of a Security Form
How to view the status of a PeopleSoft-Campus Solutions and Slate Security Request:
1. Start by logging into Campus Solutions through myUHD.

2. Ensure you can see the UHD CS/Slate Security Request tile. If you don’t see the tile, please email css@uhd.edu with your Emp ID. Click UHD CS/SLATE Security Request.

3. Select 'View CS/Slate Security Req' tab from the left-hand menu.
- Click Search. All the forms that are available for you to view will be displayed. You can use any of the criteria in the red box to search for a particular form.
Form Status column will provide status of request:
- Pending: The form is waiting for the next approval.
- Save: The form has not been submitted yet; it is still with the initiator.
- Executed: The form has completed its workflow. (you can review the access approved and comments provided)
4. Click on the form to review.
- The first page of the request displays information from the requestor (item #1), user
receiving access (item#2) and manager (item #3).
To continue reviewing the request click Next (item #4) at the bottom of the page.

- Next page will display Security Roles requested/denied/ approved depending on status of request. If security roles are under APPROVE (Item #1) those roles have been approved. If blank it will depend on approval route of request (last page of this document). Click Next (Item#2).

- Viewing the Approval Route
- Click “View Approval Route” (item #1)
- A workflow panel will open, displaying the current approval status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected). (item #2)
- Review each step of the workflow to see:
- Who has already completed their approval (Approved status)
- Which approvers the request is currently with (Pending status)
- Names of approvers are visible in this step
- Any upcoming approval steps (Not Routed Status)
- Continue monitoring to track the request’s progress, once all decisions are received. The request will be processed and notification sent to user and manager.
