The IT User Support team provides large-format HP poster printing for UHD faculty and staff, offering high-quality color posters ideal for:
- Classroom presentations
- Campus events and marketing
- Conferences and special projects
Please note: All poster requests require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Paper Options
- Bond Paper: Standard budget-friendly option for standard presentation and general use.
- Glossy/Satin Photo Paper: Premium finish for vibrant, high-impact visuals.
How to Submit a Poster Request
- Submit requests via the UHD Poster Print Request Form.
- If your file is too large to email, please bring the completed order form along with your graphic file on a USB flash drive to the S800 Lab.
