Lab Printing at UHD
What is Pcounter?
Pcounter is UHD’s fee-based printing service available in computer labs, the library, and e-classrooms. To use Pcounter, you must have an Academic (student) network account, which is provided with your paid registration each semester.
How Does Pcounter Work?
- Submit your print job.
- A dialog box will prompt you to enter your username and password.
- After entering your credentials, click OK and your document will print.
Printing Costs
- Black & White: $0.05 per page
- Black & White Duplex: $0.07 per sheet
- Color Printing: $1.00 per page
Each enrolled UHD student receives $25 in free print credit per semester (equivalent to 500 black-and-white pages).
When your free quota is depleted, you can purchase additional credit by completing
the Print Account Add Credit Form.
Wireless Printing
Students can print from laptops or mobile devices connected to UHD’s wireless network
to designated printers in S800, C300, and B200 using a web-based system.
