FAQs

How do I view the full App Library?
To view all applications available for you to add to your portal view, click the See All Applications Link directly above your Bookmarks.

How do I add apps to my portal?
Click the See All Applications link in your Bookmark pane. To add an app click the bookmark icon next to the app name.

Known behaviors to be aware of:

  1. Some applications will still require Duo authentication once inside the portal. However, the Remember Me for thirty days functionality is still available.
  2. If you log out of an application inside the AccessUHD portal instead of closing it, you will be required to re-authenticate when launching it again.
  3. The AccessUHD Portal authentication is browser-based so naturally when switching to a different browser you will be required to sign in again.
