Help DeskThe Information Technology Help Desk is the centralized location for the University community to contact for all technology needs, including software, hardware, telephone, user accounts and access privileges.

Students may contact either Student Technology Services located in the Academic Computing Labs for support during the lab operating hours or the Help Desk during the hours listed below.

Faculty and Staff may contact the Help Desk directly by phone, in person, or chat, and email. Some common Help Desk requests include: software installation; Microsoft Office support; email setup; printer toner/cartridge replacements; computer equipment moves; computer setup; laptop support; wireless issues; telephone support; report virus and spyware issues; new printer setup; new scanner setup; and computer account issues.
