How to Apply:
To be considered for the UHD Upward Bound Program, families must fully complete our online application. Applications are categorized by the school the student attends. It is very important to select the correct link:
- Yates and Wheatley Students: Please complete the Yates and Wheatley Application.
- All Other Target Schools: Students from Austin, Kashmere, Madison, Westbury, or Worthing must complete the All Other HISD Target Schools Application.
Decisions are made based on program criteria and capacity. Our online applications are linked below. If you prefer to submit a physical copy, completed applications should be mailed to the address below or scanned and emailed to UHDUpwardBound@uhd.edu. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
