The Office of Assessment and Accreditation develops and curates resources designed to support curricular, co-curricular, and administrative programs and units at UHD in the implementation and continuous improvement of their assessment practices. This tool is designed to simultaneously provide feedback and evaluation. Assessment staff can use it to offer feedback to programs/units on their reports, while Chairs, Deans, VPs/Directors, and Assessment Committee members can utilize it for oversight, review, and continuous improvement of reports. |

This document articulates the improvements educational programs can make based on assessment data and provides examples of instructional, curricular, and measurement changes. Faculty and assessment coordinators can use it to guide micro-improvements for the "Use of Results" section of the assessment report. |

The purpose of this document is to guide programs/units to develop a shared understanding of what constitutes an assessment plan, why it is important, and how to develop an effective assessment plan in four steps: 1) Engage key stakeholders, 2) Describe the program/unit, 3) Focus the assessment and creation plan, and 4) Implement the plan. |
