Intercampus Delivery

UHD students, faculty, and staff can place an online request to have an item delivered to the UHD library or UHD Northwest Campus from another UH system library (UH or UH Clear Lake). Items that cannot be requested include course reserves and some items belonging to special collections. Please see Requesting Items for more information.

My Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan is a service for UHD students, faculty, and staff to get materials not available at any UH System Library. See the Interlibrary Loan Guide for more information, or contact the Interlibrary Loan department at 713-221-2760 or LibraryLoan@uhd.edu.

TexShare

The TexShare Program is an initiative of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission that allows UHD students, faculty, and staff to borrow books and other materials from participating Texas libraries.  TexShare cards expire at the end of each semester. Borrowing rules are set by the lending  library, so be sure to call ahead before you visit another library to ask about their borrowing rules.
