Órale, UHD Lights Up the Holidays!🎄✨ Hey, check it out, man! Over at UHD we just wrapped up our Holiday Office Decorating Contest, and let me tell you, it was like walking into a winter wonderland with a little barrio flavor, you know? The halls were lit up brighter than Christmas Eve on the block, and everybody brought their A‑game with tinsel, lights, and more candy canes than you could count. After all the cheer and creativity, we’re proud to announce our Top 3 winners—each one turning their office into a fiesta of holiday spirit that made the judges go, “Órale, that’s tight!” Big shout‑out to our five judges, who took time out of their busy day to cruise through the decorations and give their verdict. Gracias, because without them, we wouldn’t have crowned the champions of holiday style. This contest wasn’t just about who had the flashiest lights—it was about bringing our UHD familia together, showing off that community pride, and spreading joy across campus. So, congrats to the winners, props to all the participants, and a heartfelt thank you to our judges. The UHD community knows how to celebrate, and this year’s contest proved once again that when we come together, we make the season shine. ¡Feliz Navidad, UHD! |

2024 UHD Chili Cookoff - 50th Anniversary Edition
Get ready for a sizzling good time at the 2024 Chili Cook-Off, happening on Friday, November 1st, from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM! Join us for an evening filled with delicious flavors, friendly competition, and great company. Whether you're a chili connoisseur or simply love a hearty bowl, this event promises a variety of mouth-watering recipes from local chefs and passionate home cooks. The aroma of spices will fill the air as participants compete for the title of Best Chili, and you can be the judge! Sample different takes on this classic dish and vote for your favorite.
In addition to the chili tastings, the event will feature live music, fun games, and activities for all ages. Enjoy ice-cold beverages, artisan food vendors, and a festive atmosphere as the community comes together to celebrate fall. Don’t miss out on the excitement—mark your calendar for a memorable Friday evening at the Chili Cook-Off!
