Notice!!! - UHS Information Security is discontinuing the LastPass Password management enterprise solution effective June 21, 2024.
What this means for you? If you are currently using LastPass, you can continue to use the application, however,
your enterprise license will convert to the free version of LastPass on June 18, 2024.
Some enterprise level features, or functionality may change with the limited free
version. Please read more about LastPass versions.
What do you need to do? Look for an email from LastPass requiring you to change your master password. Follow
the instructions to reset you master password. You may need to install a LastPass browser extension to login to lastpass.com. See FAQ for instructions. During the login process to change your master password
you may be asked to verify your device.

Lastpass.com requires a browser extension to login. Download the LastPass browser extension.
- Select Download next to your preferred wen browser, OR
- Select Download next to the LastPass Universal Windows Installer to install for multiple supported web browsers on Windows.

You may unlink your LastPass Families account at any time. Instructions on how to unlink your LastPass Families account are provided on the "Unlink LastPass Families Account" page.
