​Dr. Musselwhite has a Ph.D. in Planetary Sciences and is more than qualified to teach Introduction to Solar System (PHYS 1301).  He is also involved in a collaborative atmospheric research program with another geology faculty and as such has undergraduate research students working with him (GEOL 3300).  Dr. Musselwhite also has 15 years of teaching experience.
