Legal Awareness Initiative

The Legal Awareness Initiative through the University of Houston-Downtown Houston Laboratory for Crime and Justice is dedicated to strengthening public understanding of the legal system through education, community engagement, and civic empowerment. By connecting students, faculty, legal professionals, and community members, the initiative promotes informed dialogue on justice, constitutional rights, public safety, and access to legal resources.
