Much Ado About Nothing

Fall 2023

In this modern adaptation of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, the sun-soaked streets of Veracruz, Mexico, come alive during the vibrant celebrations of Dia De Los Muertos. The tale unfolds as the spirited Beatriz and the sharp-witted Benedick engage in a dance of words and emotions. Set against the rich cultural tapestry of Dia De Los Muertos, this production explores love, misunderstandings, and the enduring power of redemption in a world where the past and present converge in a celebration of life and love.
