Every UHD MBA class is co-taught by a business professor in partnership with a seasoned
industry expert, known as a Corporate Fellow. This team-teaching approach blends academic
theory with real-world insights, ensuring students gain both foundational knowledge
and practical applications. Classroom sessions are specifically designed to focus
on applying concepts and engaging in discussions. This setup fosters dynamic conversations
for our students with the Professor and the Corporate Fellow, often extending beyond
class time, as students explore how to implement what they've learned into their professional

Mr. Brad Cannaday is an outstanding business leader with 20+ years in oil & gas, chemicals, finance, telecom, and banking. With expertise in stockplan administration, HR, compliance, safety, IT, and records management, Brad is an excellent Corporate Fellow.
Mr. Andrew Nobbay has 30+ years in energy business leadership in Finance, Commercial and Reporting. He currently serves as Advisor - Emerging Technology Investments at Oxy, and serves on several boards, including the FEI Houston Scholarship Foundation.
Ms. Dawn Brubaker is a top business executive with RSI Logistics and has 30+ years in chemical plant manufacturing, logistics, marine/terminal operations, and emergency response. Dawn is an expert in supply chain, operations, and transformational leadership.
