Admissions
Admission is competitive and selective, and is designed to identify applicants who
have the ability, interest, and qualities necessary to complete the program.
To be eligible for admission, an applicant will be required to present the following:
- Apply online using the UHD online graduate application.
- A baccalaureate degree conferred by a regionally accredited institution.
-
Official transcript submitted to the UHD Office of Admissions from the degree-conferring institution is required.
Transcripts Electronic Delivery
UHD prefers the use of TREx/EDI/SPEEDE transcript submission. However, if this option is not available, official paper transcripts are acceptable as long as they are unopened and bear the seal of the sending institution.
If sending official transcripts through a third-party service such as eSCRIP-SAFE, JST, National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment/DocuFide, or ADDS/AVOW, please use the gradadmissions@uhd.edu email address.
PLEASE NOTE: PDF transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing company to gradadmissions@uhd.edu to be considered official.
If you attended a college or university outside the United States, your transcripts must be evaluated by a credential evaluation service recognized by UHD prior to applying for admission.
Current UHD Students: Follow this guide to request an official UHD transcript.
