Gator Leadership Academy (GLA)

Gator Leadership Academy Catalyst Program is a one-day, intensive leadership program offered by LeaderShape, a national non-profit organization dedicated to offering college students leadership development programs, encouraging all to "Lead With Integrity." Catalyst is designed to help student leaders at UHD find their unique path to becoming a stronger, more authentic leader. Students will have the opportunity to explore their own leadership potential, while developing a strong network with other student leaders from across campus. The Catalyst Gator Leadership Academy provides both new and established leaders the opportunity to connect at a deeper level- with themselves, their work, and with the UHD community.
