Christina Brown

Christina has been coaching and empowering clients through movement since 2019, when she began her fitness journey as a Pure Barre instructor. Her curiosity for strength training led her to work with a coach in 2021, deepening her understanding of functional movement and performance. That same year, she earned her NASM certification and began helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits.

Christina joined the UHD Wellness and Success Center in 2023, where she brings a supportive, educational approach to training, blending technique, mindset, and motivation. In 2025, she expanded her impact by launching an online fitness coaching business, helping high-performing women train with intention and transform their relationship with fitness.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in clarity, consistency, and compassion. Whether you're just starting out or leveling up, Christina is here to guide you toward your goals with purpose and accountability.

With over 2.5 years of experience as a personal trainer, I specialize in helping beginners in the gym build consistency in their busy lives and stay committed to their fitness journey. My approach emphasizes functional training and sustainable routines that not only fit into everyday life but also deliver results like improved strength, better mobility, increased energy, and greater confidence inside and outside the gym.

Jessica Greene

Jessica is a dedicated Zumba instructor! A lifelong Houstonian, she balances her time as a wife, mother, and enthusiastic volunteer. Currently, she lends her skills as a Group Fitness Instructor at the Baker Ripley Community Center.

Since childhood, Jessica has had a passion for dance, initially enjoying it just for fun. Now, she is transforming that passion into energetic fitness routines and is eager to share those moves with you! As a strong advocate for dance fitness, Jessica believes that staying fit can be enjoyable and exciting. In her classes, you will explore a variety of styles, including Zumba, hip-hop, R&B, and much more!
