Job Summary
The Program Assistant provides support services to a center or program. The Program Assistant provides resources and support to program constituents, provides administrative support and assists with all program related expenditures.
Duties
- Serves as first point of contact for program constituents to discuss program policies, procedures, and other general information.
 - Performs administrative duties such, but not limited to, assisting with program activities and events, preparing agendas, answering phones, records maintenance, data entry, travel, etc.
 - Prepares various program expenditure documents and other reports.
 - Assists with functions and or projects specific and or unique to the program.
 
Marginal Duties
- May assist with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of part-time employees.
 - Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Associate's degree
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of related job experience
