External Scholarship Opportunities
Once you have been awarded a UHD scholarship it will be available for credit toward your tuition and fee bill. If you are awarded funds in excess of your tuition and fee bill, you will have a balance check mailed to your home address by the UHD Student Accounting Office.

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers UHD students the opportunity to study, conduct research, or teach English abroad after graduation while serving as cultural ambassadors of the United States. Open to all majors, Fulbright awards support a wide range of academic and creative projects in over 140 countries, covering travel and living expenses for an academic year.

Scholarships awarded by organizations outside UHD will be disbursed according to guidelines provided by the donor organization.
