Faculty, Administration and Staff Deliberation Certification

UHD CPD offers a Faculty, Administration and Staff CPD Certification Course. This course is a semester-long weekly online course and is supplemented with face-to-face deliberation course & work design intervention meetings. Faculty, administrators and staff receive a certification when they have participated in all of the online discussions and have successfully designed, implemented, and assessed their deliberation course intervention. Certifications are open to all faculty, administrators and staff and are a prerequisite for becoming a CPD Associate.
