Earn Your MBA + Blockchain Certificate

Students who choose to pursue both the MBA and the Blockchain Certificate will begin their MBA core courses in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

After completing their core coursework, students will begin the five-course Blockchain Certificate sequence in Fall 2027.

This streamlined pathway allows you to combine advanced business education with cutting-edge blockchain expertise.

Program Structure

The certificate consists of five 3-credit-hour courses, completed in one year:

  • Fall Semester: 2 courses (8-week terms)
  • Spring Semester: 2 courses (8-week terms)
  • Summer Term: 1 course (6-week term)

  • MIS 6311: Introduction to Python Programming for Business
  • MIS 6316: Blockchain Fundamentals and Smart Contracts Development
  • MIS 6318: Cryptocurrency Fundamentals and Economics
  • MIS 6321: Blockchain Security, Compliance, and Business Applications
  • MIS 6370: Blockchain Capstone
