Dear UHD Faculty and Staff,
As the summer draws to a close, we are pleased to provide an update to the campus community regarding the progress toward our SACSCOC Reaffirmation process, namely the completion of our Compliance Certification Report.
We continue to post final standards to our Accreditation Hub for community review and comment. To date we have posted 25 standards and welcome your feedback.
Our Institutional Effectiveness team has also been hard at work uploading these narratives, along with the supporting evidence, to our Compliance Assist platform. This platform serves as our submission mechanism for our final report to SACSCOC.
All edits to narratives will be completed by August 20, and we will submit the final report through Compliance Assist by Wednesday, September 3. This timeline will allow for any technical feedback from SACSCOC regarding our submission, to ensure we meet our final deadline for submission to SACSCOC by Monday, September 8.
We want to thank our working groups, writers, and editors of these standards for your tireless work over the past 15 months of completing the narratives for each of the standards.
What's Next...
Our review team has been established by SACSCOC, and they will begin their review of our submission this fall. We will know about any questions or requests for additional information during this off-site review period.
We will then welcome our review team to campus for the on-site visit March 2-5, 2026. This is also the time when we will present our Quality Enhancement Plan proposal to the review team.
