Club sports are picking up! The Volleyball and Soccer teams, Pickleball, Wrestling, Cheer, Dance, and Baseball are all holding regular practices now. Several of these teams are already competing, and this Saturday, February 21, looks to be particularly busy for Gators.
The Wrestling team will be involved in an all-day tournament on Saturday. Word on the ground is that the team has already demonstrated potential for a strong season.
The Baseball team has already played their first three-game series. They have another this weekend against Texas A&M Corpus Christi, with a double-header on Saturday and a final game on Sunday.
Women's Soccer will play an away game against Lone Star College-Cypress starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, and the Men's team plays against Lone Star College-North Harris at noon that same day.
Women's Volleyball has an away game against Lone Star College-Kingwood on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
