What’s student-created, student-led, and student-organized? UHD’s Walk2Vote, a voting initiative created by UHD students to connect and empower young voters to turn out to vote.
Organized by UHD’s Undergraduate Student Government Association, the Walk2Vote event begins at noon on Monday, Oct. 27, at the One Main Building South Deck. Students are encouraged to attend and enjoy free food and information before walking to the polls together.
Remember: Your freedom to vote is a responsibility. Walk2Vote is during Early Voting from Oct. 20-27. If you miss this event, you may still vote on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4. For information on what’s on the ballot, visit the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department website.
