HR Mission Statement

At the Office of Human Resources (HR), our main goal is to provide a working environment that is conducive to carrying out the University's vision of becoming "a premier city university engaging all students in high-impact educational experiences," by providing our employees with quality services and support in all employment-related endeavors, enabling them to better service our community.

Whatever your job, title or responsibilities within the UHD community, your efforts are an important contribution to the overall success of our University and its mission and reinforce the sense of community we share.
