Job Summary
The Specialist Records coordinates imaging projects and processes student records requests.
Duties
- Oversees student records, audits functions in the student information system and imaging system, and reconciles and verifies student records
 - Assists with students, faculty, and staff inquiries regarding records; troubleshoots, researches, and responds to records-related inquiries
 - Processes student records requests and maintains records for new, continuing, transfer, and former students
 - Creates electronic files for new college majors
 - Coordinates daily imaging tasks, including scanning, editing, and indexing student records
 - Develops and conducts imaging software training

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Associate's degree, vocational certificate, or 60 hours of college course work
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience
