Job Summary
The Manager, Academic Projects initiates and manages multiple projects with many degrees of complexity, from onset to close, to achieve project goals and outcomes within the defined scope and budget.
Duties
- Manages complex university projects, including developing and maintaining project timelines, conducting research, performing analysis, producing reports, and providing recommendations
- Develops planning documents and coordinates meetings with stakeholders during the initiation of projects; obtains the appropriate approvals required during the course of individual projects
- Provides support to Academic and Student Affairs in managing and coordinating projects and requests
- Establishes and maintains an electronic project management system
- Drafts project management process documents and procedures and ensures that processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Master's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of related job experience
License/Certification:
- CAPM or PMP certification is required
