The Contact Center supports the UHD community by providing timely assistance and connecting individuals to appropriate offices. It ensures students and families receive consistent information to support informed decisions throughout enrollment and registration without delay.

How We Help

• Admissions Support - Explain application requirements, deadlines, how to submit documents, and what to expect after you apply.
• Financial Guidance - Answer questions about financial aid, scholarships, verification, and how to view your award. We communicate with counselors to assist with the processing for aid awarding.
• Registration & Records - Help identify registration issues, holds, residency inquiries, enrollment status, and general student record questions.
• General Student Services - Provide information about tuition payments, academic calendars, and where to find campus resources.
• Proactive Outreach - Contact students about important deadlines, missing documents, and steps needed to stay enrolled.
