Ethics Inquiry Team
Charge
Per PS 06.A.07, members of the Ethics Inquiry Team may be asked to serve as a member of an Inquiry Team, as necessary, to conduct inquiries into allegations of misconduct in Research, Scholarship, Creative, or Academic activities and draft inquiry reports as required by the policy.
Composition
Per PS 06.A.07, 4.2, the Ethics Inquiry Team will include a representative from the Provost’s Office who carries faculty rank along with two faculty members chosen from a pool of four faculty; the pool of four will consist of one elected tenured faculty member from each college, elected by Faculty Council procedures for two-year terms.
