Individual Review Committee

Charge:

The Individual Review Committee, as outlined in PS 03.A.24, establishes criteria and procedures for reviewing admissions appeals. It reviews appeals promptly, may request additional materials, and determines whether successful applicants receive full or conditional admission to UHD.

Composition:

The voting membership of the committee consists of one faculty representative from each degree-granting college; the committee is chaired by elected leadership and supported by staff members from the Admissions division who convenes the committee and keeps a record of all official procedures and decisions. Others may be invited to support committee conversation and processes as appropriate.

Meeting Cadence:

At least twice per semester, including summer.
