About Gourmet Gators
Gourmet Gators is UHD’s premier fundraising event, a night where the city’s culinary
brilliance meets its commitment to higher education. With 250–300 guests, including
donors, leaders, and supporters, the evening offers an intimate, high-impact celebration
of student opportunity.
Enjoy an evening of exceptional cuisine, uplifting stories, and community spirit as
we honor outstanding individuals and raise funds to support student scholarships and
