Shipping and Receiving and Mail Services
The Shipping and Receiving and Mail Services Department is responsible for the distribution of incoming packages, mail, interoffice mail and express courier packages to all UHD assigned department mail locations. This department is also responsible for the campus recycling program.
University of Houston-Downtown shipping, receiving, mail services is located in One Main building, suite N101. Hours of operations is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The department comprises two full time employees and two work-study students. The mailroom staff sort, pick up and deliver U.S.P.S and campus mail to more than 65 mail stops around campus daily.
The staff is devoted to excellence in performance, and is committed to providing quality and reliable mailing services to the UHD community.
