 Mustapha Nyallay is a Texas and D.C. licensed trial attorney focused on civil litigation, municipal defense, and complex commercial matters. Mustapha is a proud graduate of the University of Houston–Downtown, where he earned his B.S. in Political Science, before receiving his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School.

Mustapha currently serves as an Associate attorney at Denton Navarro Rodriguez Bernal Santee & Zech, where he represents municipalities and public entities in high-stakes litigation involving civil rights claims, tort disputes, eminent domain, public works, and constitutional issues.

Before returning to Texas, Mustapha practiced in Washington, D.C., working on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. His experience includes working at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, and the Federal Communications Commission.

Throughout his academic and professional career, Mustapha has remained committed to leadership, mentorship, and public service. At UHD, he served as Student Body President and a peer mentor. His interests include international travel.
