CLASSES DATES
DECEMBER 17, 2018	Winter classes begin - online classes only
JANUARY 3, 2019	Last class day
JANUARY 4, 2019	Final examinations

REGISTRATION DATES
OCTOBER 29, 2018	Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
OCTOBER 31, 2018	Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
NOVEMBER 5, 2018	Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
NOVEMBER 12, 2018	Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
DECEMBER 14, 2018	Last day for Regular Registration for Winter 2018 (5pm)
DECEMBER 15-17, 2018	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
DECEMBER 17, 2018	Last day for Late Registration for Winter 2018 - Registration and Payment deadline at 6 p.m. Important! All registration and schedule changes requiring adds must be processed by 6 p.m.
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Day of Record - Last day to drop a course without a grade
JANUARY 3, 2019	Last day to withdraw from a course

Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.

In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES	*Please note there are no Installment Plan/Emergency Deferment Payment Options or Book Loans offered for the Winter Term*
DECEMBER 14, 2018	Last day to make payment for Winter 2018 Regular Registration. Payment must be received by (5pm) or classes will be dropped
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by (6pm) or classes will be dropped.

REFUND DATES	*Please note that certain charges are non-refundable and some refunds may not be processed until the University reopens after the Winter Holiday*
DECEMBER 16, 2018	Last day for complete withdrawals to receive 100% reduction in charges of mandatory tuition and fees. In person transactions must be made by (5pm) on December 14th.
DECEMBER 17, 2018	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% reduction in charges of mandatory tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% reduction in charges of mandatory tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill. No refund after December 18th.
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

HOLIDAYS
DECEMBER 24, 2018 - JANUARY 1, 2019	Winter Holidays, University closed

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
OCTOBER 6 - NOVEMBER 16, 2018	COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST Winter graduation application begins October 18, 2018 and closes November 16, 2018. Apply online at myUHD select *My Graduation Application*

IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES - STUDENTS
DECEMBER 17, 2018	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Student record change deadline/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change course to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver All requests must be received by business closing time
JANUARY 4, 2019	Official close of Winter 2018 term
JANUARY 9, 2019	Grades available (12Noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices

ADMINISTRATIVE DATES - FACULTY/STAFF ONLY
DECEMBER 18, 2018	Day of Record - Administrative changes deadline/Last day to: submit approved Administrative Transaction Forms to the Registrar’s Office to enter all class updates or cancellations into Banner, if applicable All requests must be received by business closing time
DECEMBER 20, 2018	Winter 2018 Reporting Day
DECEMBER 24, 2018	Deadline for posting faculty Winter 2018 syllabus and CV (HB 2504)
JANUARY 4-8, 2019	Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8 a.m. on January 4 and closes on January 8 at 12 noon. www.uhd.edu/faculty
