MAY 13, 2019 May Term classes begin
MAY 30, 2019 Last class day
MAY 31, 2019 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.
 
REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 8, 2019
 Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 10, 2019
 Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 15, 2019
 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 22, 2019
 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 10, 2019
 Last day for Regular Registration (5 p.m.)
MAY 11-13, 2019
 Schedule changes (drop and add).
Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 a.m.
MAY 14, 2019
 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
MAY 24, 2019
 Last day to withdraw from a course.
 
NOTE:
  Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.
 
PAYMENT DATES
MAY 10, 2019
 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration by 5 p.m. or classes will be dropped
MAY 15, 2019
 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late registration fee). Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped.
 
REFUND DATES
MAY 12, 2019
 Last day for 100% reduction in charges on complete withdrawal of tuition and mandatory fees. In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on May 10th.
MAY 13, 2019
 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
MAY 14, 2019
 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
MAY 14, 2019
 Last day to receive reduction in charges for partial withdrawal.
 
GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
MARCH 11, 2019 - APRIL 19, 2019
 COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST May term graduation application begins March 11, 2019 and closes April 19, 2019. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application
 
HOLIDAYS
MAY 27, 2019 Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 4, 2019 Independence Day, University closed
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 3, 2019
 Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 14, 2019
 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
