REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 9, 2018	Priority Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 11, 2018	Priority Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 16, 2018	Priority Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 23, 2018	Regular Registration begins for all eligible students
AUGUST 18, 2018	Online registration & in-person assistance available 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, August 18th
AUGUST 19, 2018	REVISED EXTENDED Last day for Regular Registration will close 11:30 a.m. Sunday, August 19th
AUGUST 19-24, 2018	Late Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2018.
SEPTEMBER 5, 2018	Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
OCTOBER 29, 2018	Last day to withdraw from a course (grade of “W” will be assigned)

PAYMENT DATES
JULY 24, 2018	Installment Plans (4 Payments) available online, begins (8am) on July 24th and ends on August 18th at (2pm). (This option will reopen for late registration and will be available until August 23rd).
AUGUST 6, 2018	Emergency Deferment Plan available (Online Only)/Short Term Deferment Plan available (In Person Only) until (2pm) on August 18th. This option will reopen for late registration and will be available until the late registration payment deadline of September 10th (6pm).
AUGUST 15, 2018	Book Loans Available (Online Only). The book loan option must be executed by (6pm) on September 10th. Book loans will not be available after this date.
AUGUST 18, 2018	Online registration & in-person payment assistance available 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
AUGUST 19, 2018	REVISED EXTENDED  Last Day to pay for Regular Registration. Payment must be received by (12pm) or classes will be dropped.
AUGUST 24, 2018	Installment Plans (3 Payments) available online, begins (8am) on August 24  and ends on September 10th (6pm). (This option will reopen for Part of Term 82 enrollment and will be available until September 23rd).
SEPTEMBER 10, 2018	Last day to pay for Late Registration. Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
1st of each month	Installment Plan Payment Due - Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up.
OCTOBER 1, 2018	Emergency/Short Term Deferment Due
NOVEMBER 2, 2018	Book Loan Due
DECEMBER 15, 2018	Last day to pay term balance to avoid incurring a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
AUGUST 16, 2018	Anticipated initial distribution of refunds to BankMobile for students with disbursed (paid) financial aid.
AUGUST 19, 2018	Last day for 100% reduction in charges on complete withdrawal of tuition and mandatory fees. In person transactions must be made by (2pm) on August 18th.
AUGUST 20-24, 2018	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
AUGUST 25-31 2018	Complete withdrawals receive a 70% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill.
SEPTEMBER 1-10, 2018	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
SEPTEMBER 5, 2018	Last day to receive reduction in charges for partial withdrawal.
SEPTEMBER 11-17, 2018	Complete withdrawals receive a 25% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No reduction in charges after September 17th.

APRIL 16, 2018 - SEPTEMBER 10, 2018	COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST Fall graduation application begins April 16, 2018 and closes September 10, 2018. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application

 

IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
AUGUST 10, 2018	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
DECEMBER 18, 2017- JULY 15, 2018	Fall 2018 Academic Dismissal Appeal Submissions Dates.
AUGUST 13, 2018	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
SEPTEMBER 5, 2018	Official Day of Record/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
SEPTEMBER 14, 2018	Last day to use book loans at the UHD Bookstore
SEPTEMBER 21, 2018	Last day to return textbooks for class withdraw or drop
DECEMBER 7, 2018	MDCOB Commencement Orientation (Formerly Cap & Gown Reception) This session is for MDCOB MBA and MSM graduates only
