MAY 21, 2018 Summer 6WK I classes begin
JUNE 28, 2018 Last class day
JUNE 28, 2018 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 9, 2018 Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 11, 2018 Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 16, 2018 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 23, 2018 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 17, 2018 Last day for Regular Registration (6 p.m.)
MAY 18-21, 2018 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee). (8 a.m.)
MAY 24, 2018 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JUNE 13, 2018 Last day to withdraw from a course.
NOTE

Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
MAY 1, 2018 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at  8 a.m. on May 1, 2018 and ends at 6 p.m. on May 17, 2018. This option will reopen for late registration on May 18, 2018 and will end on May 29, 2018 at 6 p.m.
MAY 14, 2018 Emergency Deferment Plans available online/Short Term Deferment Plans available in person until 6 p.m. on May 17, 2018.
MAY 17, 2018 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
MAY 29, 2018 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped.
JUNE 1, 2018 Emergency/Short Term Deferment Plan Due
1st of each month Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.
 
REFUND DATES - Please note that certain charges are non-refundable
MAY 20, 2018 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on May 18, 2018.
MAY 21-23, 2018 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
MAY 24-30, 2018 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after May 30, 2018.
MAY 24, 2018 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

AUGUST 1, 2018 Fall 2018 application deadline for transfer admission

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
TBA COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST Summer 6WK I graduation application begins TBA and closes TBA. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
TBA Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 24, 2018 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
MAY 29, 2018 Reporting Date
JULY 6, 2018 Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices
