CLASSES DATES
JUNE 4, 2018 Summer I classes begin
JULY 5, 2018 Last class day
JULY 5, 2018 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 9, 2018 Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 11, 2018 Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 16, 2018 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 23, 2018 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 31, 2018 Last day for Regular Registration (6 p.m.)
JUNE 1-4, 2018 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 a.m.
JUNE 7, 2018 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JUNE 25, 2018 Last day to withdraw from a course.
NOTE
Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
MAY 28, 2018 Emergency Deferment will be available until 6 p.m. on May 31, 2018.
MAY 24, 2018 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on May 24, 2018 and ends at 6 p.m. on May 31, 2018. This option will reopen for late registration on June 1, 2018 and will end on June 11, 2018 at 6 p.m.
MAY 31, 2018 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
JUNE 11, 2018 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped.
JULY 1, 2018 Emergency Deferment Due Date
1st of each month Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.
 
REFUND DATES
JUNE 3, 2018 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on June 1, 2018.
JUNE 4, 2018 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 5, 2018 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after June 5, 2018.
JUNE 7, 2018 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal

JUNE 1, 2018 Fall 2018 application deadline for freshman admission
JUNE 8, 2018
 Summer 2018 Financial Aid Deadline
AUGUST 1, 2018 Fall 2018 application deadline for transfer admission
 
HOLIDAYS
MAY 28, 2018 Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 4, 2018 Independence Day, University closed
 
GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
APRIL 16, 2018 - MAY 31,  2018 COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST Summer I graduation application begins April 16, 2018 and closes May 31, 2018. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 25, 2018 Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
JUNE 7, 2018 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
JUNE 12, 2018 Reporting Date
JULY 11, 2018 Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices
 
ADMINISTRATIVE DATES - FACULTY/STAFF ONLY

JUNE 6-8, 2018 Class Attendance and Administrative Drop Faculty Roster Certification
