| JANUARY 3, 2018 | Emergency Deferment option available online until 6 p.m. on January 22, 2018. This option will reopen for late registration and will be available until the late registration payment deadline of February 5, 2018 at 6 p.m. |

Book Loans Available (online only). The book loan option must be executed by 6 p.m. on February 12, 2018. Book loans will not be available after this date. |

| JANUARY 17, 2018 | Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee).
In person transactions must be made by 2 p.m. on January 13, 2018. |
| JANUARY 18-24, 2018 | Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill. |
| JANUARY 25-31, 2018 | Complete withdrawals receive a 70% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill. |
| FEBRUARY 1-7, 2018 | Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill. |
| FEBRUARY 2, 2018 | Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal. |
| FEBRUARY 8-14, 2018 | Complete withdrawals receive a 25% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No refund after February 14, 2018. |
