CLASSES DATES
JULY 10, 2017 Summer III classes begin
AUGUST 10, 2017 Last class day
AUGUST 10, 2017 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.
 
REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 10, 2017 Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 12, 2017 Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 17, 2017 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 24, 2017 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
JULY 6, 2017 Last day for Regular Registration
JULY 7-10, 2017 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee). (8 a.m.)
JULY 13, 2017 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JULY 27, 2017 Last day to withdraw from a course.
 
NOTE Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.
 
PAYMENT DATES
JUNE 24, 2017 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on June 24, 2017 and ends at 6 p.m. on July 6, 2017. This option will reopen for late registration on July 7, 2017 and will end on July 11, 2017 at 6 p.m.
JUNE 24, 2017 Emergency Deferment will be available until 6 p.m. on July 6, 2017.
JULY 6, 2017 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
JULY 11, 2017 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped.
AUGUST 1, 2017 Emergency Deferment Due Date
1st of each month Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.
 
REFUND DATES
JULY 9, 2017 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on July 7, 2017.
JULY 10, 2017 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JULY 11, 2017 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after July 11, 2017.
JULY 13, 2017 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

JUNE 1, 2017 Fall 2017 application deadline for freshman admission
TBA Summer 2017 Financial Aid Deadline
AUGUST 1, 2017 Fall 2017 application deadline for transfer admission

MAY 29, 2017 Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 4, 2017 Independence Day, University closed
 
GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
APRIL 17, 2017-JULY 6, 2017 COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST Summer III graduation application begins April 17, 2017 and closes July 6, 2017. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
JUNE 30, 2017 Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).

JULY 13, 2017 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver

AUGUST 10-15, 2017 Summer III Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8 a.m. on August 10, 2017 and closes at 12 noon on August 15, 2017.
