CLASSES DATES
MAY 16, 2016 May Term classes begin
JUNE 2, 2016 Last class day
JUNE 3, 2016 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.
 
REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 11, 2016 Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 13, 2016 Priority Web Registration for Veterans
and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 18, 2016 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 25, 2016 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 13, 2016 Last day for Regular Registration (5pm)
MAY 14-16, 2016 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
MAY 17, 2016 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
MAY 26, 2016 Last day to withdraw from a course.
 
NOTE
   Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
  In person transactions must be made by business closing time.
 
PAYMENT DATES
MAY 13, 2016 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (5pm) or classes will be dropped
MAY 17, 2016 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
 
REFUND DATES - Please note that certain charges are non-refundable.
MAY 15, 2016 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by (5pm) on May 13, 2016.
MAY 16, 2016 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
MAY 17, 2016 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after May 17, 2016.
MAY 17, 2016 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal
 
GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
MARCH 14, 2016 - APRIL 10, 2016 COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST May term graduation application begins March 14, 2016 and
closes April 10, 2016. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application
 
HOLIDAYS
MAY 30, 2016 Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 4, 2016 Independence Day observed, University closed
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 6, 2016 Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 13, 2016 Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
MAY 17, 2016 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
MAY 19, 2016 Reporting Date
