AUGUST 13, 2015 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.
 
REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 13, 2015 Pre-Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 15, 2015 Pre-Priority Web Registration for Veterans
and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 20, 2015 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 27, 2015 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
JULY 2, 2015 Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
JULY 3 - 6, 2015 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee). (8am)
JULY 9, 2015 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JULY 30, 2015 Last day to withdraw from a course.
 
NOTE Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.
 
PAYMENT DATES
MAY 24, 2015 Installment Plans (3 Payments) available online, begins at (8am) on May 24, 2015 and ends on June 23, 2015.
JUNE 24, 2015 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at (8am) on June 24, 2015 and ends on July 2, 2015.This option will reopen for late registration on July 3, 2015 and will end on July 7, 2015.

JULY 2, 2015		 Emergency Loans will be available until (6pm) on July 2, 2015.
JULY 2, 2015 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JULY 7, 2015 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
AUGUST 1, 2015 Emergency Loan Due Date
1st of each month Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.
 
REFUND DATES Please note that certain charges are non-refundable
JULY 5, 2015 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by (5pm) on July 2, 2015.
JULY 6-8, 2015 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JULY 9-14, 2015 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after July 14, 2015.
JULY 9, 2015 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

  • appeal residency status

  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
