CLASSES DATES
JUNE 1, 2015	Summer II classes begin
JULY 20, 2015	Last class day
JULY 21-23, 2015	Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

 

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 13, 2015	Pre-Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 15, 2015	Pre-Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 20, 2015	Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 27, 2015	Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 28, 2015	Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
MAY 29 - JUNE 1, 2015	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
JUNE 9, 2015	Last day to drop a class without a grade. (Official Day of Record)
JULY 2, 2015	Last day to withdraw from a course.

 

NOTE: Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted. In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
APRIL 24, 2015	Installment Plans (3 Payments) available online, begins at (8am) on April 24, 2015 and ends on May 23, 2015
MAY 24, 2015	Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at (8am) on May 24, 2015 and ends on at (6pm) May 28, 2015. This option will reopen for late registration on May 29, 2015 and will end on June 2, 2015.
MAY 24-28, 2015	Emergency Loans will be available until 6pm on May 28, 2015.
MAY 28, 2015	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JUNE 2, 2015	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
JULY 1, 2015	Emergency Loan Due Date
1st of the month	Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.

 

REFUND DATES	Please note that certain charges are non-refundable
MAY 31, 2015	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on May 29, 2015..
JUNE 1-3, 2015	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 4-9, 2015	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds for complete withdrawals after June 9, 2015.
JUNE 9, 2015	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

AUGUST 1, 2015	Fall 2015 application deadline for transfer admission

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
APRIL 20, 2015 - JUNE 29, 2015	COB, HSS, UC, CPS & ST graduation candidates completing requirements in summer II will need to apply for graduation using Summer III graduation application that begins April 20, 2015 and closes June 29, 2015. Apply online at myUHD select My Graduation Application

MAY 22, 2015	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 28, 2015	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JUNE 9, 2015	Official Day of Record/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
